Role: Product Engineering Lead- Gen AI

Experience - 15 Years +

Location -Remote

Responsibilities:

- Design / Own Development / Lead teams for large scale software application development in AI space (GenAI Products)
- Own Product / Program Management
- Own High Level Design, Low Level Design for the Software application(s)
- Identify problems and resolve them proactively
- Liaise with customer, internal stakeholders to ensure project is on track
- Approve Technology Architecture for the project
- Approve guidelines, coding best practices, automated testing strategies (unit testing, regression testing), for the team
- Ensure timely delivery, with quality
- Clearly communicate status, updates and plan to project leadership

Required Skills:

- Experienced in owning Platform Engineering for one/more GenAI Product(s) under aggressive timelines with quality / robust design principles.
- Agentic Engineering Experience / Understanding
- Eval Driven Engineering Experience / Understanding
- Experience in Technology Architectures like MEAN, MERN
- Have positive Understanding of Cloud concepts AWS, Azure
