Job Summary

Spark Techwave Innovationz Pvt Ltd is looking for an innovative and results-oriented AI Product Manager to define, develop, and manage AI-powered products and solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business objectives, customer needs, data science, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-focused AI products.

The candidate should understand product management fundamentals and have working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and the product development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for AI-powered products.
- Gather customer requirements, analyze business needs, and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
- Translate business requirements into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
- Identify appropriate AI/ML approaches based on business problems, feasibility, cost, and expected outcomes.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Define product success metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.
- Prioritize product features using business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Work with teams developing Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications.
- Evaluate AI model performance, accuracy, latency, reliability,



and user experience with technical teams.
- Understand risks associated with AI, including bias, privacy, security, hallucinations, and responsible AI practices.
- Coordinate product releases, user acceptance testing, stakeholder reviews, and feedback collection.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product performance reviews.
- Communicate product roadmaps, progress, risks, and business outcomes to stakeholders.

- Experience launching or managing AI-powered products is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Generative AI or LLM-powered products.
- Experience working with AI/ML engineering and data science teams.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, and AI governance.
- Product management certifications are an advantage.
- Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software products is preferred.
