About the Role

We're looking for a serious, data-driven, and highly accountable Paid Media Buyer who can independently manage and scale D2C brands across Meta and Google Ads.

This is not an execution-only role. We expect ownership, commercial thinking, and the ability to make decisions backed by data not assumptions.

If you need constant follow-ups, struggle with accountability, or rely on guesswork over analysis, this role isn't for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end performance across Meta & Google Ads.
- Scale accounts profitably while improving ROAS, CAC, CPA and overall business performance.
- Build, optimize and maintain high-performing campaign structures.
- Analyze performance daily and make data-backed optimization decisions.
- Work closely with the Creative Team by providing actionable performance insights.
- Lead client performance discussions with confidence and clarity.
- Drive continuous testing across creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages.
- Maintain tracking accuracy,



attribution and account hygiene.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing both Meta & Google Ads.
- Proven success scaling D2C/E-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify, GTM, Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- High ownership, accountability and commercial thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency setting.
