The Role

We're looking for a senior operator to take full ownership of marketing. The founder focuses on vision and spotting opportunities. You take it from there: you decide what's worth pursuing, build the plan, and run the engine. You'll work directly with the founder and lead the marketing team.

Responsibilities

- Strategy and evaluation: Assess the founder's ideas and opportunities, decide which are worth pursuing, and present feasibility reports with a clear go or no-go recommendation.
- Planning and execution: Build the strategy, timelines, and budget for approved initiatives, then launch and run them.
- E-commerce growth: Own US e-commerce growth across Meta ads, Google Ads, SEO, CRO, email/SMS, and copy direction.
- AI-driven workflows: Build AI tools into the team's daily work to move faster and operate more efficiently.
- Reporting: Meet with the founder weekly to review progress, spend, and whether you're on track. Audit performance and advise where to invest more or pull back.
- Team building: Identify the roles you need, then hire and lead the team.

Requirements

- 7+ years in e-commerce marketing, including senior or leadership experience




- A proven record growing D2C brands in the US market, ideally in wellness, health, or beauty
- Hands-on Meta ads expertise, with a history of scaling campaigns profitably
- Google Ads experience
- Robust SEO knowledge, including technical, content, and e-commerce SEO
- Shopify proficiency
- Deep comfort with AI tools: you actively use them for research, content, creative, and automation, and build them into workflows
- Experience at a pre-launch or early-stage brand
- A strong grasp of the numbers (CAC, ROAS, LTV, margins)
- Sharp copy sense and a solid understanding of American consumers
