- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's real estate projects.

- Generate quality leads and ensure achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets.

- Monitor daily leads, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings.

- Coordinate with the Marketing team for lead generation, campaigns and promotions.

- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

- Coordinate with Accounts, CRM, and Projects teams for smooth sales operations.

- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and timely CRM updates.

- Support the sales team in customer meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.

- Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends and competitors.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide support in resolving customer concerns.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate or postgraduate

- Proven experience in direct sales and team management or in Real estate for 8-10 years

- If candidates have real estate experience, they must have worked with reputed real estate companies.

- Age preference: 35–50 years.





- Fluent in Odia, Hindi, and English.

- Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

- Strong leadership, planning, and team-handling abilities.

- Polite, positive and professional attitude.

- Smart-working, hardworking, responsible and target-oriented.

- Confident in handling customer meetings and business discussions.

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
