Senior Manager – SAP Functional Lead

We are looking for a Senior Manager – SAP Functional Lead to lead global SAP functional capabilities, partner with business and technology leadership, and drive strategic initiatives across core business operations.

What will you do?

- Lead and develop SAP functional teams supporting global business operations across Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Logistics, Finance and Warehousing.
- Drive SAP strategy, solution delivery and technology roadmaps in alignment with business priorities.
- Oversee end-to-end SAP initiatives spanning implementations, enhancements, rollouts, upgrades, migrations and ongoing support.
- Identify opportunities to simplify business processes, improve operational efficiency, standardize workflows and enable automation.
- Drive cross-functional solution alignment and integration across SAP modules and connected enterprise applications.
- Strengthen service delivery, governance, risk management, compliance and solution quality.
- Lead large-scale transformation programs, including SAP modernization and S/4HANA readiness initiatives.




- Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, global teams, implementation partners and vendors.
- Mentor functional leaders and build organizational capabilities to support long-term growth.

What are we looking for?

- 20+ years of SAP functional consulting and leadership experience.
- Solid functional expertise across multiple SAP modules, MM, SD, PP, FICO and WM .
- Experience leading global SAP delivery, implementation, support and transformation programs.
- Good understanding of end-to-end business processes such as P2P, OTC, Plan-to-Produce, R2R, inventory and warehouse management.
- Proven ability to engage senior business stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions.
- Experience in multinational organizations, global delivery environments, shared services or GCCs.
- Strong people leadership, stakeholder management and strategic planning capabilities.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation
