Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient IT Infrastructure & Operations professional to lead and manage the organisation's IT infrastructure, cloud environments, servers, networks, cybersecurity, data migration and IT operations across the group entities, including ICL Fincorp, SEIL and ICL Tours & Travels.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud server administration, web and mail servers, network security, domain management, backup and disaster recovery, endpoint management and IT support operations.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, scalability and optimal performance of the organisation's IT infrastructure while implementing technology improvements aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure & Server Management

- Plan, implement and manage the organisation's IT infrastructure, including physical servers, virtual servers and in-house server environments.
- Handle server installation, configuration, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Manage cloud server infrastructure and provide technical support for cloud-hosted applications and websites.
- Monitor server performance, capacity, availability and system health.
- Manage operating system configurations, service updates, security patches and periodic maintenance.
- Ensure proper configuration and maintenance of desktops, laptops and other IT assets across the organisation.

1. Cloud Infrastructure & Web Server Management

- Manage cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud.
- Provide end-to-end cloud server administration and troubleshooting.
- Handle SSL certificate installation, renewal and configuration on cloud servers.
- Manage web server hosting, maintenance and technical support for ICL Fincorp, SEIL and ICL Tours & Travels.
- Coordinate and execute website updates, hosting changes and technical maintenance for ICL and SEIL websites.
- Manage domain registration, purchasing, renewal, DNS configuration and domain migration.
- Ensure regular backups of websites, databases and web server environments across all group entities.

1. Mail Server & Email Administration

- Manage and maintain corporate mail servers and email infrastructure for ICL Fincorp, SEIL and ICL Tours & Travels.




- Handle email account creation, configuration, migration and troubleshooting.
- Monitor mail server performance, security, storage and availability.
- Manage email domain authentication and security configurations, including SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
- Ensure email continuity, backup and recovery arrangements.

1. Network Administration & Security

- Manage and maintain the organisation's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi and leased-line connectivity.
- Handle Head Office leased-line configuration, service-related changes and troubleshooting.
- Configure routers, wireless networks and network access restrictions.
- Implement network security policies and access controls.
- Monitor network performance, connectivity and security vulnerabilities.
- Ensure secure connectivity between Head Office, regional offices and branches.

1. Endpoint & Desktop Management

- Manage endpoint configuration, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting across the organisation.
- Handle operating system installation, software deployment and endpoint configuration for desktops and laptops.
- Manage endpoint security, antivirus, patch management and system updates.
- Provide technical support for desktop, software, hardware and internet-related issues at branches.
- Manage laptop configuration and IT asset deployment across group entities.
- Ensure standardised endpoint security and configuration policies.

1. Backup, Disaster Recovery & Data Migration

- Plan and execute data migration projects, including domain, server, website, email and database migrations.
- Implement and monitor regular backup schedules for web servers, databases and critical business systems.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Conduct periodic backup verification and restoration testing.
- Ensure data integrity, availability and recovery readiness.

1. Access Control & IT Administration

- Manage electronic door access systems and implement access control policies.




- Configure and administer biometric systems, including employee/user allocation to respective branches.
- Manage user access permissions and authentication policies.
- Maintain IT infrastructure documentation, asset registers, configuration records and access logs.
- Ensure appropriate access restrictions and security compliance across the organisation.

1. IT Operations & Technical Support

- Lead IT infrastructure support operations across Head Office, regional offices and branches.
- Coordinate with internet service providers, cloud service providers, software vendors and other technology partners.
- Ensure timely resolution of infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.
- Monitor IT service performance and implement measures to minimise downtime.
- Identify opportunities for infrastructure optimisation, automation and cost reduction.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal IT teams.

1. Cybersecurity & Compliance

- Implement and monitor IT security policies, endpoint protection and network security measures.
- Ensure regular OS patching, security updates and vulnerability remediation.
- Monitor infrastructure for potential security threats and unauthorised access.
- Support IT audits, information security assessments and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ensure appropriate security controls for critical systems, databases, servers and corporate networks.

Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics.
- MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science / relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Relevant professional certifications in cloud infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity or server administration are preferred.

Experience & Technical Competencies
- 10–15+ years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, Server Administration, Cloud Management and IT Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server and Linux Server administration.
- Practical experience in AWS / Microsoft Azure / Google Cloud infrastructure.
- Experience in web server administration, SSL certificate management, domain registration and migration.
- Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls and Wi-Fi management.
