Purpose of the Role

Responsible for planning, governing and delivering the next-generation Diagnostics Tool program across multiple suppliers, engineering teams, IT organizations and business stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

- Define program governance framework.
- Manage scope, schedule and resource plans.
- Lead cross-functional execution reviews.
- Establish risk management framework.
- Define project milestones & KPIs using standard toolchain such as JIRA, Confluence etc.
- Track project KPIs and milestones.
- Drive supplier performance reviews.
- Manage budget utilization.
- Coordinate dependency management.
- Drive escalation resolution.
- Govern requirements baseline.
- Ensure release readiness.
- Maintain stakeholder alignment.
- Establish reporting mechanisms.
- Lead steering committee reviews.
- Drive successful program delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification

- BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical

Desired Work Experience

- 5-10 years in automotive software, diagnostics, connected vehicle platforms
