Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for leading the design and execution of interior spaces for the salon and related projects, ensuring they reflect the brand’s creative and client-centered identity. This full time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad and involves overseeing space planning, developing design concepts, coordinating architectural and construction details, and selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). Day-to-day tasks include meeting with stakeholders to understand functional and aesthetic requirements, preparing drawings and presentations, collaborating with contractors and vendors, and monitoring project timelines and quality.

Designer will also be expected to stay current with design trends, materials, and technologies, and contribute ideas that elevate the overall client experience within the salon environment.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning, with a strong portfolio of commercial or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in Architecture-related coordination, including understanding of structural requirements and building codes.
- Experience preparing detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for implementation on-site.
- Capability in FF&E; selection and specification, including materials, finishes, lighting, and custom furniture.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Strong visual, conceptual, and technical design skills, including CAD and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
- Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide projects from concept to completion.
- Experience working on-site with contractors and vendors, with strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Ahmedabad and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in salon, retail, hospitality, or luxury interiors is an advantage.
