18Pixels is seeking an experienced Institutional Development &
- Project Planning Consultant to lead institutional planning, strategic development, project report preparation and technical consultancy assignments, particularly in the education and government sectors. The role involves understanding institutional requirements, conducting assessments, preparing comprehensive Long-Term Project Reports (LTPRs), developing implementation roadmaps and coordinating technical assistance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct institutional assessments, requirement analysis and gap analysis.
- Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), Long-Term Project Reports and strategic development plans.
- Develop institutional growth strategies, implementation frameworks and project roadmaps.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation in educational institutions.
- Prepare project proposals, technical documentation, budgets and implementation timelines.
- Coordinate with college management, government authorities, academic stakeholders and technical teams.
- Develop project monitoring frameworks, KPIs and progress reports.
- Provide technical and strategic assistance during project implementation.
- Support tender preparation, technical presentations and client meetings.
- Ensure project deliverables meet institutional and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications &
- Experience
- Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Planning, Public Administration or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in institutional planning, project consultancy, DPR preparation or strategic consulting.
- Experience working with educational institutions, government organisations or public-sector projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management, budgeting and implementation planning.
- Excellent report-writing, documentation and presentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with senior management and multiple stakeholders.
