Role overview

We are looking for a senior HR Executive to lead recruitment and HR service delivery for our consultancy clients. you will understand client hiring needs, source and screen candidates, and manage the full recruitment cycle, while guiding junior team members.

key responsibilities :

- Understand client requirements and prepare accurate and hiring plans.
- Manage end to end recruitment for clients: Job posting, sourcing, resume screening, interviews, offers and follow ups.
- Handle candidate communication and follow ups.
- Support clients with onboarding formalities and documentation where required
- Maintain requirement trackers, client reports and candidate records in excel
- Guide and review the work of junior HR executives
- Ensure quality, confidentiality, and timely delivery for every client assignment.

Qualification & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration,



or a related field ( MBA/ PGDM in HR is an Advantage )
- 1 year of experience in HR consultancy
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially word and Excel
- Good knowledge of recruitment channels ( job portals, LinkedIn, Referrals) and screening techniques Experience with HRMS or ATS tools is an advantage
