Shift: EST & PST

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 5 Years

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 5 years of healthcare staffing/recruitment experience.
- 1-2 years of team leadership or people management experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare staffing and workforce trends.




- Experience with ATS/VMS tools and healthcare recruiting platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve delivery and revenue targets.
