Job Title: Senior Fundraising Officer

Location: Tiruvallur

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 5–10 Years

Fundraising & Resource Mobilisation:

- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Identify and approach potential individual donors, HNIs, corporates, CSR foundations, and institutional funders.
- Generate current fundraising opportunities through networking, referrals, campaigns, and outreach activities.
- Manage end-to-end fundraising activities, from prospect identification to fund commitment and follow-up.
- Prepare fundraising proposals, presentations, concept notes, and donor communication materials.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual fundraising targets.

Donor Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective donors.
- Conduct donor meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and engagement activities.




- Develop strategies for donor acquisition, retention, and contribution growth.
- Ensure timely donor acknowledgements, updates, impact reports, and appreciation communications.
- Maintain accurate donor databases and relationship records.

Required Skills:

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent donor relationship and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Business development and networking capabilities.
- Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Willingness to travel for donor meetings and institutional partnerships.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
