Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Node.js, JavaScript, and Python

- Build scalable microservices and REST APIs following industry best practices

- Develop responsive frontend applications and integrate them with backend services

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to team members

- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and development methodologies
