FabConnect is hiring an experienced Senior Finance Professional for a full-time opportunity based at World Trade Center, Bengaluru.

We are looking for a finance professional with strong hands-on expertise across financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, statutory compliance, reconciliations, MIS reporting and business finance.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who can independently manage core finance operations while also providing meaningful financial insights to management for better business decision-making.

? Location: World Trade Center, Bengaluru

? Position: Senior Finance

? Experience: 4–7 Years

? Salary: ₹55,000 – ₹70,000 per month

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES? Financial Reporting & Accounting✔ Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations

✔ Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts

✔ Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

✔ Prepare and analyze:

- Profit & Loss Statements
- Balance Sheets
- Cash Flow Statements

✔ Manage month-end and year-end financial closures

✔ Review journal entries, accounting provisions and accruals

✔ Maintain supporting schedules and financial documentation

✔ Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records

? Accounts Payable & Vendor Management✔ Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable processes

✔ Ensure timely vendor payments

✔ Perform vendor reconciliations

✔ Monitor outstanding payables and payment ageing

✔ Coordinate with internal teams for invoice approvals

✔ Improve payment controls and processing efficiency

? Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance AnalysisThe candidate will play an important role in supporting management planning and financial decision-making.

Responsibilities include

✔ Preparing annual budgets

✔ Preparing periodic financial forecasts

✔ Performing Budget vs Actual analysis

✔ Identifying key financial variances





✔ Monitoring departmental expenses

✔ Tracking budgets and cost movements

✔ Supporting cost-control initiatives

✔ Providing actionable financial insights to management

? Cash Flow & Working Capital Management✔ Prepare cash flow forecasts

✔ Monitor organizational liquidity requirements

✔ Manage working capital

✔ Monitor receivables and payables

✔ Support effective cash utilization

✔ Assist in fund planning

✔ Provide financial inputs for management decision-making

? Reconciliation & Financial ControlsCandidates should have strong hands-on experience with:

✅ Bank Reconciliations

✅ Vendor Reconciliations

✅ Customer Reconciliations

✅ General Ledger Reconciliations

✅ Balance Sheet Schedules

✅ Internal Financial Controls

You will also be expected to identify process gaps, strengthen financial controls and implement corrective actions wherever required.

? TAXATION & STATUTORY COMPLIANCEStrong practical knowledge of Indian statutory compliance is essential.

Candidates should have experience handling:

✔ Skilled Tax – PT

✔ PF

✔ ESI

✔ Tax workings

✔ Statutory compliance

✔ Internal Audits

You will also coordinate with external consultants and auditors and ensure timely closure of audit and compliance requirements.

? MIS & BUSINESS FINANCE SUPPORT✔ Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards

✔ Monitor key financial and business metrics

✔ Analyze financial performance

✔ Provide financial insights to leadership





✔ Support management in business and financial decision-making
