Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment across the Zoo Media Network. The role involves understanding hiring requirements, sourcing relevant talent, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and an understanding of the media, advertising, and digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple agencies and functions within the Zoo Media Network.
- Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define role expectations, candidate profiles, and recruitment priorities.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and upcoming hiring requirements.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary candidate assessments, and shortlist profiles based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offer discussions,



and coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, turnaround time, and source effectiveness through regular reports and trackers.
- Drive recruitment initiatives, including campus hiring, referral programmes, and targeted talent sourcing.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, placement cells, and external recruitment partners.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to strengthening the Zoo Media Network's talent presence.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices.

Preferred Skills:

- 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience hiring for advertising, media, digital marketing, creative, technology, or related industries is preferred.
- Robust expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes, candidate assessment, and offer management.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
