Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, proactive and experienced qualified from the jewellery retail industry with strong communication, coordination and vendor management skills. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with retail stores, external vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of store-related requirements, timely service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Coordination & Management

- Coordinate with various vendors for retail store requirements, maintenance and operational services.
- Manage vendor communication, follow-ups, quotations and service timelines.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors.
- Ensure timely execution of vendor-related activities and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor vendor service quality and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.

2. Retail Store Coordination

- Coordinate with retail stores for day-to-day operational requirements.
- Act as a central point of contact between stores, vendors and the Head Office.
- Follow up on store maintenance, repairs, fixtures, furniture, electrical and other infrastructure-related requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution of store-level operational concerns.

3. Planning & Execution

- Plan and coordinate store-related projects,



activities and operational requirements.
- Track pending requests and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with internal departments for approvals, execution and vendor payments.
- Conduct vendor visits and store visits whenever required.

4. Cost & Vendor Management

- Obtain and compare vendor quotations.
- Coordinate negotiations and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
- Maintain vendor databases, quotations, work orders and service records.
- Track vendor bills and coordinate with Accounts for payment processing.

5. MIS & Reporting

- Maintain vendor-wise and store-wise coordination reports.
- Track pending jobs, service requests and closure timelines.
- Share regular updates with the reporting manager.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in jewellery retail, preferably in a Head Office retail operations role.
- Strong experience in vendor coordination and retail store operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, presentable, confident and capable of independently handling vendors and store teams.
- Robust follow-up, problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Willingness to travel to stores as required.
