Seeking a highly skilled HVAC Engineering lead our engineering team in the design,
implementation, and optimization of advanced HVAC systems to Battery Energy Storage
System (BESS) at container level.
Responsibilities
✓ Lead and manage a team of engineers in the development and execution of HVAC projects, ensuring high-quality design and implementation
✓ Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
✓ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects and construction managers, to integrate HVAC systems seamlessly into building designs
✓ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide mentorship to engineering staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and innovation
✓ Evaluate and implement advanced technologies and practices to enhance system efficiency and sustainability
✓ Oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of complex HVAC system issues,
leveraging data analysis and industry best practices
Required Qualifications
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with 7+ years of experience in HVAC design and management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
✓ Proficiency in HVAC design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
✓ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and standards.
✓ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
✓ Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
✓ Professional Engineering (PE) license.
✓ Experience with energy modelling and sustainability practices in HVAC design.
