Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction activities to ensure work aligns with structural drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and technical specifications.
- Contractor Coordination: Direct subcontractors, laborers, and field teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Quality & Safety Control: Perform routine site inspections, enforce safety rules, and verify that construction materials meet testing standards.
- Progress Tracking: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and update project managers on milestone schedules or delays.
- Billing & Measurements: Review contractor measurement sheets and assist in verifying site execution bills.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical roadblocks or design discrepancies directly on-site.
