Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Electrician based in or around Ambala Cantt . The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems, strict adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to manage complex wiring, control panels, and assembly tasks independently. Strong communication skills are essential to coordinate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other technical staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Industrial Wiring & Installation: Execute and supervise heavy-duty industrial wiring, cable laying, tray installations, and equipment hookups.
- Panel Building & Maintenance: Design, assemble, wire, and troubleshoot industrial electrical control panels and distribution boards.
- Soldering & Component Assembly: Perform precise PVC work, wire harnessing, and soldering of electronic and electrical components for panels and machinery.
- Single-Phase & Three-Phase Systems: Expertly handle both 1-phase and 3-phase wiring, load balancing, motor connections, and troubleshooting.
- Electrical Safety Compliance: Strictly enforce and follow industrial safety standards (PPE, Lockout/Tagout - LOTO, earthing checks) to maintain a zero-accident work environment.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Quickly diagnose electrical faults, blown fuses, faulty relays, and wiring failures in industrial machinery to minimize downtime.
- Team Communication: Effectively communicate technical instructions,



report equipment status, and coordinate daily tasks with the maintenance team and plant management.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience:Minimum 4 to 6 years of proven experience as an Electrician in an industrial manufacturing,plant,or electrical contracting environment.
- Location Preference:Must be locally based in or aroundAmbala Canttfor immediate joining and daily commute convenience.
- Technical Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of industrial wiring standards and practices.
- Proficiency in handling 1-phase and 3-phase circuits.
- Hands-on experience with PVC conduit work, wire stripping, crimping, and precision soldering.
- Skilled in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and single-line diagrams (SLDs).
- Safety Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of electrical safety protocols and hazard prevention in industrial settings.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills (Hindi / English / Punjabi as applicable) to collaborate smoothly with colleagues and management.
- Certifications: ITI in Electrician trade or relevant electrical wireman license/certification is strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
