We help companies turn their emails, calls and business data into one intelligent system their teams can actually use. We’re a growing team working with real customers in North America, and we’re expanding our outreach.
The Role
We’re looking for a disciplined, sharp-minded person to own our daily LinkedIn outreach. You will be the first point of contact between AskCruz and senior decision-makers at companies across North America. Every message you send represents our brand, so we want someone who is responsible enough in doing it right, every single day.
What You’ll Do
- Manage outreach across multiple company LinkedIn profiles
- Research and identify the right decision-makers at target companies, using clear criteria we provide
- Send personalized connection requests and messages against daily targets
- Track every request, acceptance, reply and follow-up accurately in our tracker
- Flag interested prospects to the team the same day
- Follow our quality checklist and take part in regular performance reviews
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, lead generation, inside sales or customer outreach (6+ months preferred; strong freshers are welcome to apply)
- Solid written English, because you’ll be writing to senior executives in the US and Canada
- Comfort using LinkedIn search, filters and profile research
- Consistency and ownership: you show up daily, meet targets, and keep clean records without reminders
- Good judgment about who is and isn’t the right person to contact
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or any CRM
- Experience working with international clients
