Key Responsibilities / KRAs

* Manage Finance, Accounts, Costing, Taxation, Treasury, MIS, and Store Accounting functions.

* Prepare and finalize financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.

* Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory requirements.

* Manage working capital, cash flow, banking operations, and fund utilization.

* Coordinate Internal, Statutory, Cost, and Tax Audits and ensure timely closure of observations.

* Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and risk management systems.

* Conduct product-wise costing, profitability analysis, variance analysis, and cost reduction initiatives.

* Ensure maintenance of cost records and compliance with Cost Audit requirements.

* Monitor inventory valuation, material consumption, BOM accuracy, and manufacturing cost optimization.





* Support management with financial insights for strategic planning and business growth.

* Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team and drive a high-performance culture.

* Ensure effective utilization of SAP and financial reporting systems.
