Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Italian Language Trainer to deliver structured Italian language training to students, fresh graduates, and working professionals. The ideal candidate should be able to teach Italian reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar, and professional communication, including preparation for CILS or CELI examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging online or classroom-based Italian language training sessions.
- Teach Italian grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Prepare learners for CILS or CELI examinations at A1, A2, B1, and B2 levels, according to expertise.
- Develop lesson plans, presentations, worksheets, assignments, and practice tests.
- Conduct interactive conversations, role-plays, and practical language exercises.
- Assess learner performance and provide regular feedback.
- Help students develop Italian communication skills for education, employment, travel, and professional use.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.
- Use digital learning tools and online platforms to improve learner engagement.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and learner progress reports.

Required Skills

- Robust proficiency in the Italian language.
- Good understanding of Italian grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence structure.




- Ability to explain Italian concepts clearly in English; Tamil is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to create structured learning materials and assessments.
- Comfortable delivering online classes through video conferencing platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

- CILS B2, CELI 3 (B2), or a higher-level qualification preferred, depending on the level taught.
- Degree, diploma, or certification in Italian language is an advantage.
- Previous experience teaching Italian to beginners and intermediate learners.
- Experience preparing students for CILS or CELI examinations.
- Knowledge of Italian culture and professional communication is desirable.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Degree or diploma in Italian language is an advantage.
- Relevant Italian language certifications preferred.
