Oracle Fusion HCM US Payroll Consultant (Part-Time)
Role: Support US Payroll Project with US Team Experience: 8+ Years (Minimum 2 End-to-End Payroll Implementations in Payroll) Engagement: Remote | 4 Hours per Day Compensation: 900 per Hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM US Payroll.
- Collaborate with US-based payroll team to ensure accurate payroll execution.
- Handle validations, reconciliations, and reporting for payroll activities.
- Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll.
- Proven track record with at least 2 end-to-end Payroll implementations.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-border collaboration.
- Immediate availability for part time engagement.
