Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Japanese Language Trainer to deliver structured Japanese language training to students, fresh graduates, and working professionals. The trainer will help learners develop Japanese reading, writing, listening, speaking, and professional communication skills, with preparation for JLPT examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver online or classroom-based Japanese language training.
- Teach Japanese grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Train students for JLPT N5, N4, N3, and N2 examinations, according to expertise.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, quizzes, and practice tests.
- Conduct interactive sessions, role-plays, conversation practice, and assessments.
- Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students in developing Japanese workplace communication skills.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.
- Use digital learning tools and presentations to improve engagement.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training progress reports.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Japanese language.
- Good command of Japanese grammar, vocabulary, and communication.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly in English; Tamil is an advantage.
- Strong presentation,



communication, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to prepare structured learning materials and assessments.
- Comfortable delivering online training through video conferencing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- JLPT N2 or N1 certification preferred; equivalent demonstrated proficiency may be considered.
- Japanese language teaching certification or relevant training experience is an advantage.
- Experience preparing students for JLPT examinations.
- Experience teaching beginners and working professionals.
- Familiarity with Japanese business etiquette and workplace culture is desirable.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Degree or diploma in Japanese language is an advantage.
- Relevant Japanese language certifications preferred.

- Able to teach students from beginner to intermediate levels.
- Comfortable conducting online classes and tracking learner progress.
