Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and customer-oriented professionals for the position of Senior Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process in Kolkata.

The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in an international voice process, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns through inbound/outbound voice calls and chat support.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and effective solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.




- Communicate professionally with international customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues within the defined timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Any Graduate can apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Solid customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
