Your work profile

- Lead SAP SD workstreams across SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, upgrades, enhancements, and support engagements.
- Conduct client workshops, Fit-to-Standard sessions, requirement gathering exercises, and business process assessments.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD solution designs aligned with business objectives and SAP best practices.
- Configure and support SAP SD processes including Sales Order Management, Pricing Procedures, Deliveries, Billing, Credit Management, Returns Processing, and Order Fulfillment.
- Design and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive integration between SAP SD and SAP MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, TM, and other SAP modules to ensure seamless business process execution.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and custom developments.
- Support master data design and governance activities related to customers, pricing, sales organizations,



distribution channels, and related SD objects.
- Execute unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and business validation activities.
- Support data migration, cutover planning, deployment, go-live activities, and Hypercare support.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development, knowledge sharing, and practice-building initiatives.

Key Requirements

- 8-12+ years of SAP SD consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution processes.
- Proven experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation or transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in Sales Order Management, Pricing Procedures, Deliveries, Billing, Credit Management, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Hands-on experience configuring SAP SD and supporting complex sales, distribution, and customer fulfillment processes.
- Strong understanding of pricing configuration, output determination, account determination, billing processes, and sales document flows.




- Experience leading Fit-to-Standard workshops, requirement gathering sessions, solution design discussions, and stakeholder engagements.
- Robust integration knowledge across SAP SD, MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and other related SAP modules.
- Experience in data migration, testing, deployment, cutover planning, Hypercare support, and business process validation.
- Ability to prepare functional specifications and collaborate effectively with ABAP, integration, and technical teams.
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, enhancement, and AMS engagements.
- Strong client-facing, communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to mentor teams, manage project deliverables, and oversee implementation timelines.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- SAP SD or SAP S/4HANA Sales certification is preferred.
- Additional certifications in SAP S/4HANA, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, or related domains will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology, Agile delivery models, and large-scale SAP transformation programs is desirable.
- Experience working in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Logistics, or Distribution industries is highly preferred.
- Strong consulting, project delivery, stakeholder management, and leadership experience will be an added advantage.
