Your work profile
- Drive end-to-end project management activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and client leadership to manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, status reporting, action tracking, and stakeholder communications.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile delivery processes using JIRA.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project priorities and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards,
and performance metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Key skills required
- 6-8 years of overall consulting and project management experience, preferably managing technology and business transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience in Project Management, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery oversight.
- Hands-on expertise in JIRA is mandatory and will be a critical selection criterion.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced client environment.
- Experience working with distributed teams and client-facing engagements.
