Instaa Precast is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer – Precast Erection to manage and supervise precast installation activities across our construction project sites.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in precast erection, site execution, lifting operations, and coordination of precast structural elements, including columns, beams, wall panels, slabs, and staircases.

This role requires expertise in project planning, site management, quality control, and safe execution of precast construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise precast erection activities according to approved drawings, method statements, and installation sequences.
- Manage the installation of precast elements, including columns, beams, slabs, wall panels, and staircases.
- Coordinate with precast manufacturing yards for material delivery schedules, transportation, and lifting arrangements.
- Monitor crane operations, rigging plans, lifting procedures, and erection safety protocols.
- Ensure proper alignment, levelling, grouting, and structural connections of installed precast elements.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with design, production, quality, safety,



and client teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, site progress, resource allocation, and productivity.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges during precast installation.
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and erection teams to achieve project milestones.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 10–15 years in civil construction, including a minimum of 5 years in precast erection projects.
- Strong knowledge of precast structural connections, stability checks, erection sequences, and site tolerances.
- Proven experience in precast installation, heavy lifting operations, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and site reporting tools.
- Knowledge of relevant construction codes and standards, including IS, ACI, PCI, or BS EN, as applicable.
- Solid understanding of erection safety standards, crane operations, and lifting procedures.
- Excellent leadership, technical problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites across Chennai, Bangalore, and Chittoor.
