Role Overview: We are seeking a highly driven Senior Business Development Manager to actively drive US market expansion, secure strategic partnerships, and execute high-impact go-to-market strategies. This is a player-coach role for someone with hands-on experience generating high-quality leads and building a high-performing business development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and target new markets to drive growth, building a strong pipeline of opportunities in the US drug discovery and development sector.
- Lead the end-to-end process of forming high-impact strategic partnerships and executing contracts.
- Generate high-quality leads and collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are converted into significant deals.
- Build, manage, and coach a results-oriented business development team.




- Implement GTM strategies for new product launches or market expansion initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- 6–8 years in business development within pharma, biotech, SaaS, or technology solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience specifically in drug discovery and development is a major plus.
- Proven track record of driving new business growth and penetrating new markets (specifically the US market).
- Experience driving discussions with C-level executives.
