About Position:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 8-14 years of experience to bridge business objectives and technology solutions by gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into actionable outcomes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, project managers, and technology teams to drive strategic initiatives, process improvements, and digital transformation programs. This role requires robust expertise in stakeholder management, data analysis, and Jira, along with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for informed decision-making and successful project delivery.

What You'll Do:

- Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and process workflows.
- Conduct impact analysis and support solution design discussions to ensure requirements are effectively translated into technology solutions.
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for process improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, and business reviews.
- Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and requirement traceability using Jira.
- Support Agile delivery teams throughout sprint planning, backlog grooming, user acceptance testing, and release activities.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive timely issue resolution.
- Prepare reports, dashboards,



and business insights to support strategic planning and executive decision-making.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and effective communication across business, product, technology, and delivery teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities and recommending innovative solutions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 14 years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, Process Improvement, or Product Delivery environments.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, requirement elicitation, business process modeling, and solution analysis.
- Proven experience gathering, documenting, and managing functional and non-functional requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business and operational data.
- Hands-on experience with Jira for requirements tracking, backlog management, workflow management, and reporting.
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, risk management, issue tracking, and change management processes.
- Expertise in creating user stories, use cases, process flows, wireframes, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to translate business objectives into scalable and practical technology solutions.
- Experience working with business leaders, delivery managers, architects, developers, QA teams, and product owners.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills.




- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, data visualization, and business intelligence concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Scrum Product Owner, or Agile certifications will be an added advantage.
