We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2 years of relevant experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;) and Deal Advisory. The candidate should have a robust understanding of transaction advisory, deal structuring, financial and tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and transaction execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing M&A; and deal advisory assignments, including mergers, acquisitions, business restructuring and reorganisations.
- Analyse proposed transactions and identify key financial, tax and regulatory implications.
- Conduct detailed financial and tax analysis of proposed transactions.
- Support deal structuring, transaction planning and evaluation of available structuring options.
- Identify potential risks, issues and opportunities in M&A; transactions and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and review transaction-related reports, presentations, proposals and client deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
- Research applicable regulatory, corporate law and taxation provisions relevant to M&A; transactions.
- Support senior team members in managing client engagements and delivering advisory solutions.
