About the Team The Human Resources and People Strategy team at Navi manages the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and HR operations to employee engagement and development. They partner closely with business teams to design and implement strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring a thriving, high-performance organisational culture.

About the Role

You will drive hiring for Collections and other SBO roles. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, managing the recruitment pipeline, coordinating interviews, driving follow-ups and closures, and maintaining accurate hiring trackers and reports. Additionally you will be managing the HR Operations of the span working in your region and supporting the City HR Head.

The role requires strong communication, ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced workplace.

What we will expect from you

- Manage high-volume sourcing and recruitment for Collections and other SBO roles through job portals, referrals, and multiple sourcing channels to meet hiring targets.

- Drive end-to-end recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, offer closures, and joining formalities to ensure timely hiring.

- Act as the primary contact for new joiners, addressing queries and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

- Drive pre-onboarding engagement by keeping new hires informed, connected,



and excited before their start date.

- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for new hires.

- Ensure all pre-joining formalities, including documentation, background verification, and buddy assignments, are completed before Day 1.

- Continuously improve and optimize the onboarding experience by collecting and analyzing feedback from new joiners.

- Oversee employee offboarding from all HR systems ensuring timely IT/Admin clearances and a smooth exit process.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives in your span

- Act as a trusted HR partner to address employee queries and resolve grievances

Must haves
- Minimum qualification: Graduation in any field

- Experience is no bar but 1-2 years of experience in HR and eager to pursue a career in end-to-end recruitment and HR Operations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Have basic knowledge of MS-Office and Google workplace (Sheets, Docs and Slides)

- Adaptability: Readiness to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
