About Visual House

Visual House is a creative and visual production company working across branded content, entertainment, advertising, and visual communication. We are looking for an Art Director / Designer who can translate ideas into strong visual concepts and execute them across different creative formats.

Role Overview The Art Director / Designer will be responsible for developing visual concepts, creating design directions, and executing high-quality creative work. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, composition, colour, and visual storytelling, along with the ability to work closely with creative, production, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns, projects, presentations, and branded content.

Create mood boards, style frames, visual references, storyboards, and design concepts.

Translate creative briefs and ideas into compelling visual executions.

Design key visuals, presentations, social media creatives, marketing collateral, and other communication materials.

Establish and maintain visual consistency across projects and campaigns.

Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, designers, copywriters, production teams, and clients.

Present creative concepts and design directions to internal teams and clients.

Take ownership of projects from concept development through final execution.

Review and ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all creative outputs.

Stay updated with current design trends, visual styles, technology, and creative references.





Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality.

Provide creative guidance and feedback to junior designers when required.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of visual communication, composition, typography, colour theory, and design principles.

Excellent conceptualisation and visual storytelling skills.

Strong knowledge of design and creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or other relevant software.

Experience in developing mood boards, presentations, key visuals, and campaign concepts.

Good understanding of branding and digital/social media design.

Ability to interpret briefs and independently develop creative solutions.

Solid attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or a related field.

Experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, production house, entertainment company, or similar creative environment.

Experience working on branded content, campaigns, entertainment, or visual production projects will be an advantage.
