Job Overview

Trimex Foods is looking for an experienced and design-driven Senior Architect with 8–10 years of professional experience and strong expertise in architectural design, 2D drawings, 3D visualisation and project detailing.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail, outlet design and commercial interiors, preferably with prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B;) industry. The candidate will be responsible for leading design development, conceptualisation and design coordination across projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design and development from concept to detailed drawings.
- Develop creative and functional design concepts for retail outlets, commercial spaces and F&B; establishments.
- Prepare and review detailed 2D drawings, layouts, elevations, sections and working drawings.
- Lead 3D modelling, rendering and visualisation for design presentations.
- Handle space planning, material selection, finishes and design detailing.
- Ensure design concepts align with brand identity, functionality and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with management, consultants,



contractors and execution teams.
- Review drawings and ensure design quality and accuracy.
- Manage multiple design assignments and ensure timely delivery.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and designers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 8–10 years of relevant qualified experience.
- Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray or equivalent software.
- Excellent expertise in 2D drafting, 3D modelling and rendering.
- Strong understanding of retail planning, outlet layouts and commercial interiors.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting and architectural detailing.
- Strong project coordination, design leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in retail architecture, outlet design or commercial interiors is essential.
- F&B; industry experience complusory.
- Experience designing restaurants, cafs, food outlets, QSRs or hospitality spaces will be an advantage.
- Should possess strong creative vision along with practical execution knowledge.
- Ability to independently lead design projects and manage teams.
