- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.

- Experience: 1–4 years in International Voice Process
- Salary: Competitive, as per market standards
- Shift: US Shift





Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in international voice process or customer support.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
