Qualification: MBA or equivalent qualification in Finance

We are looking for experienced professionals to join the Private Credit Asset Management team within the Financial Research function. The team focuses on monitoring investment performance, managing deal cash flows, and overseeing key commercial aspects of private credit portfolios, including exit strategies, servicer effectiveness, and asset pricing.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee deal onboarding into proprietary platforms and develop comprehensive, end-to-end reporting frameworks.
- Review borrower business models, cash flow forecasts, debt capacity, and collateral.
- Perform detailed financial modelling, including ROI, IRR, and discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, to support portfolio oversight and investment decisions.
- Engage regularly with borrowers, lenders, and other stakeholders through calls and meetings.
- Develop cash management strategies to address future funding requirements.
- Oversee capital allocation and funding processes.
- Monitor company developments, competitor activities, and industry trends to support strategic decisions.




- Track covenant compliance and monitor portfolio investment performance.
- Contribute to the development and execution of asset exit strategies.
- Identify and escalate early indicators of asset distress or underperformance.
- Lead restructuring, amendment, and workout processes for distressed assets.
- Support valuations, portfolio reviews, and business plan deviation analysis across monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- MBA or equivalent qualification in Finance.
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate credit analysis and asset management.
- Solid understanding of financial concepts and advanced quantitative modelling.
- Hands-on experience with financial analysis and investment evaluation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with trading desks and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of deliverables.
- Proven experience leading and managing complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with structured finance asset classes.
