We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts professional with 4–8 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, processing financial transactions, coordinating with banks and vendors, supporting audits, and ensuring timely completion of accounting and reporting activities.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, financial documentation, and accounting software, along with robust analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

Skills And Experience Experience - 4–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance. Accounting Knowledge - Strong understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.

GST &

- TDS - Practical knowledge of GST and TDS calculations, reconciliations, return preparation, and compliance requirements.

Reconciliation - Experience in bank, vendor, customer,



ledger, and other account reconciliations.

Accounts Payable &

- Receivable - Ability to manage invoices, payments, receipts, outstanding balances, and vendor/customer accounts.

Financial Reporting - Ability to prepare financial statements, expense reports, account schedules, and supporting reports.

Audit &

- Compliance - Experience in maintaining audit documentation and coordinating with auditors and tax consultants.

Accounting Software - Working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.

MS Excel - Good knowledge of Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data reconciliation.

Analytical Skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Communication Skills - Good written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, banks, and auditors.

MIS Preparation and Reporting - Prepare and maintain MIS reports and provide timely financial information and analysis as required.

Education - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a corporate finance or accounts department.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the stock broking industry or financial services sector will be preferred.
- Practical experience with GST, TDS, statutory filings, and audit coordination.
- Familiarity with accounting software and digital banking platforms.
- Experience managing accounts independently and meeting monthly closing deadlines.
- CA Inter, CMA Inter, M.Com, or other relevant accounting qualifications will be an advantage.
