Astr Defence R&D; Pvt. Ltd. is a deep-tech defence manufacturing company engaged in the indigenous design and development of advanced small arms, launchers, fire-control systems, and counter-UAV technologies for the Indian Armed Forces.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive who can independently manage accounting operations in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
Position
Accounts Executive
Qualification & Experience
· B.Com / M.Com
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in independent accounts handling
· Experience in Tally-Prime is a must. · Experience in Manufacturing / Engineering / Defence / Aerospace industry preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete accounting operations of the manufacturing unit
- Bookkeeping, purchase & sales accounting, ledger maintenance
- Bank & account reconciliations and financial reporting
- Statutory compliance management
- GST, TDS, PF, ESI filings and compliance
- Audit coordination
- Preparation of monthly P&L; statements
Work Setting
- Defence R&D; and manufacturing setup
- Process-driven and discipline-oriented workplace
- Rural plant location (company bus facility available from Hubli city)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Weekly Off: Sunday
