About the Role

Adfactors PR is looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Account Executive with experience in handling Healthcare and FMCG clients within the Public Relations industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong media relations, client servicing, content development, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver effective PR campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day client servicing activities for Healthcare and FMCG accounts.
- Develop and execute PR strategies and communication plans aligned with client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media professionals across relevant sectors.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, client briefs, articles, and other communication materials.
- Coordinate media interactions, interviews, press conferences, product launches, and other PR initiatives.
- Identify relevant media opportunities and secure coverage across print, digital, and online platforms.
- Monitor media coverage, prepare reports, and track campaign performance.
- Conduct media research, competitor analysis, and industry monitoring.




- Ensure timely execution of client deliverables and maintain solid client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver integrated communication campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Public Relations / Corporate Communications.
- Strong experience in handling Healthcare and/or FMCG clients in a PR agency environment.
- Excellent media relations skills with a good understanding of the Mumbai media landscape.
- Strong writing, communication, presentation, and client servicing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client assignments in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Understanding of healthcare communication, consumer brands, and FMCG industry dynamics.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
