- Robust English communication skills (B1H or above)
- Basic knowledge of US Healthcare processes preferred
- Good attention to detail and customer service skills
- MS Office and CRM knowledge is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls related to patient care, pharmacy support, grievances, and appeals
- Provide accurate and empathetic customer support
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Adhere to HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards
