ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Senior 3D Artist in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Full-Time, On-Site, joining within 60 days.

You will lead 3D asset production and visual quality for large-scale immersive experiences, museums, digital environments and interactive installations. You will also review and optimize assets while mentoring junior artists and coordinating with directors and technical teams to meet production schedules.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead 3D modelling and environment creation for immersive projects.
2. Review and maintain high asset quality standards.
3. Develop realistic materials lighting and visual effects.
4. Mentor junior 3D artists and support their growth.
5. Coordinate closely with art directors and technical teams.
6. Optimize assets for real-time rendering performance.
7. Maintain production schedules and deliver on time.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. BFA or B.Des or relevant qualification.
2. Strong expertise in Blender Maya 3ds Max ZBrush Substance Painter and Unreal Engine.
3. Proven experience in rendering pipelines and real-time optimization.
4. Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring skills.
5.



Ability to deliver high-quality work for museums interactive installations and digital environments.
6. Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
