We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to drive end-to-end organic growth across SEO (Search Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

Key Responsibilities1. SEO Strategy & Project Management

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, audits, roadmaps and performance reports.
- Independently manage 3–5 concurrent SEO projects.
- Ensure timely execution, quality checks and project delivery.

2. Technical SEO

- Conduct technical audits covering crawlability, indexation, website architecture, redirects, canonicals and sitemaps.
- Optimize JavaScript SEO and Core Web Vitals.
- Coordinate with developers to implement and validate technical recommendations.

3. On-Page & Content SEO

- Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis and competitor research.
- Develop content clusters, content briefs and topical authority strategies.
- Optimize metadata, internal linking and existing website content.

4. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)

- Optimize content for Featured Snippets, People Also Ask and conversational search queries.
- Improve content structure and entity clarity for AI-assisted search results.

5. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)

- Improve brand visibility across Google AI experiences, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.




- Strengthen brand authority through credible mentions, authoritative content and entity consistency.
- Monitor and evaluate AI search visibility and citations.

6. Off-Page & Local SEO

- Plan and execute ethical link-building strategies and digital PR activities.
- Conduct backlink analysis and brand mention monitoring.
- Implement local SEO strategies wherever relevant.

7. Analytics & Performance Reporting

- Track organic traffic, keyword performance, leads and conversions using Google Search Console and GA4.
- Analyze branded and non-branded search performance.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

8. Team Coordination & AI Automation

- Collaborate with content, development, design and marketing teams.
- Create actionable briefs, project trackers and execution plans.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve SEO research, audits and reporting workflows.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4–7 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Proven experience managing multiple client websites or SEO accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to independently manage 3–5 projects from strategy to execution.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO and Content SEO.
- Practical knowledge of AEO and GEO.
- Experience with technical audits, website migrations, Schema Markup, Core Web Vitals and JavaScript SEO.
- Working knowledge of WordPress and other CMS platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs / SEMrush, Screaming Frog and Looker Studio.




- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Excellent analytical, communication, documentation and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech, Education, SaaS, B2B or other competitive industries.
- Exposure to AI search visibility tracking, digital PR and SEO automation.
- Knowledge of APIs or automation platforms such as n8n.
- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Trello or Notion.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in relevant non-branded organic impressions, clicks and qualified website traffic.
- Improvement in technical SEO health, indexation and Core Web Vitals.
- Increase in qualified organic leads and conversion rates.
- Improvement in AEO/GEO visibility, AI citations and referral traffic.
- Timely project execution and effective management of multiple SEO projects.

Application RequirementsCandidates are required to share:
- 3 SEO Case Studies highlighting objectives, baseline performance, strategy, individual contribution, timelines and measurable results.
- At least one Technical SEO case study.
- At least one AEO/GEO experiment with supporting evidence and observations.
- Examples of managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously.
- Work samples such as SEO audits, roadmaps, content briefs and performance reports (confidential information can be redacted).
