Looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience in Agile project management and knowledge of the Life Sciences domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
- Facilitate sprint execution and ensure timely delivery.
- Remove blockers and support the development team.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, and team performance.
- Ensure Agile and Scrum best practices are followed.
- Support projects related to Life Sciences, Pharma, or Healthcare.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Life Sciences / Pharma / Healthcare domain experience.
Good to Have
- CSM / PSM certification.
- Experience in clinical trials, drug development, R&D;, or regulatory projects.
- Knowledge of GxP, FDA, and compliance processes.
