Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Scrum Master to work directly with the Founder and coordinate activities across all departments. The role involves tracking tasks, monitoring operations, ensuring timely execution of management decisions, and maintaining accountability across teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary coordination point between the Founder and all departments.
- Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Marketing, CRM, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- Assign and track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Follow up with department heads on pending activities.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain MOMs.
- Monitor daily operations and department-wise performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
- Identify delays, operational issues, and coordination gaps.
- Ensure timely implementation of the Founder's instructions.
- Maintain centralized task trackers and ensure accountability.

Required Skills

- 3–6 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or executive management.




- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Solid follow-up, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Zoho Workplace.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.

Role Details: Location: Chandragiri, Tirupati

Work Mode: Onsite

Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time
