Role Description The Science Teacher will be responsible for delivering clear, engaging science lessons to students, with a focus on building strong conceptual understanding. This full-time, on-site role is based at Shah Global School in Indapur and includes planning and organizing lessons, preparing teaching materials, and assessing student progress through assignments, tests, and projects. The teacher will manage classroom activities, maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment, and provide individual support to learners as needed.

Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with colleagues,



participating in school meetings and events, and integrating practical experiments and interdisciplinary approaches to make science relevant and interesting for students.

Qualifications

- Strong Science Education background with the ability to teach core science concepts effectively.
- Subject expertise in Physics and Mathematics to support integrated STEM learning.
- Qualified Teacher status or equivalent skilled teaching certification.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning, including designing age-appropriate, curriculum-aligned activities and assessments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field.
- Effective classroom management skills and ability to create an inclusive, learner-centered environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex ideas in a simple, engaging manner.
- Experience with activity-based learning, lab work, and use of educational technology is an advantage.
