SAP Worksoft Certify Automation Engineer - 2 to 8yrs

Mandatory Skills: Worksoft Certify, SAP Test Automation, SAP Functional Testing, XF Definitions, SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), CTM

We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Automation professional with hands-on expertise in Worksoft Certify to develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases across SAP GUI and web-based applications.

The candidate should have strong exposure to SAP business processes, regression testing, automation framework development, and test execution management using Worksoft Certify, SAP Solution Manager and CTM.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Test Automation

- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases using Worksoft Certify for SAP GUI and web-based applications.
- Automate SAP business processes across O2C, I2D, P2S, P2F, I2P, S2P, S2C and Q2E functional areas.
- Analyze business processes and regression test cases to identify automation feasibility.
- Develop reusable automation components, processes and recordsets.

2. Regression Testing & Execution

- Perform weekly and monthly regression testing, technical upgrade testing, rollout testing and SRT execution.
- Execute automated test cases across different SAP environments.
- Perform failure analysis, debugging, retesting and script maintenance.
- Identify failures arising from functional issues, application changes, test-data dependencies, object recognition issues and automation errors.

3. Test Data & Test Management

- Create and maintain test data and recordsets for automation execution across different SAP systems and plants.
- Work with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and CTM for test management, synchronization, defect tracking and regression execution.




- Perform test package synchronization between Solution Manager/CTM and Worksoft Certify.
- Validate test case availability and readiness for execution.

4. SAP Upgrade & Rollout Support

- Support SAP technical upgrades and rollout activities.
- Validate test users, system access, test data, prerequisites and automation readiness.
- Identify automation challenges and dependencies during large-scale regression execution.
- Communicate risks, effort estimates and resource requirements to stakeholders.

5. Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with functional SMEs, test managers, project teams and business stakeholders.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, technical and functional discussions, and execution planning.
- Prepare execution status reports and track automation progress.
- Communicate defects, blockers, dependencies and completion status.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation reusability, execution efficiency, test-data management and regression coverage.

Candidate Profile Candidates should have hands-on experience in SAP automation using Worksoft Certify, with the ability to independently manage automation scripts, regression execution, failure analysis and coordination with functional teams.

Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
