Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong hands-on implementation experience across Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Time Management, and Employee Central.
The ideal candidate must have practical experience working on Austrian and/or German country-specific localisations within SAP SuccessFactors. Candidates should have direct implementation experience and a robust understanding of country-specific HR and payroll requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Time Management, and Employee Central.
- Work on country-specific configurations and localisation requirements for Austria and/or Germany.
- Configure Employee Central components, including employee data, organisational structures, foundation objects, and workflows.
- Handle Time Management configurations, including work schedules, time recording, absence management, and attendance-related processes.
- Work on Employee Central Payroll configurations and country-specific payroll requirements.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation activities, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams based in Austria and Germany.
- Ensure solutions comply with relevant country-specific statutory and business requirements.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- Practical implementation experience with Austrian and/or German localisation.
- Strong understanding of country-specific HR, time management, and payroll processes.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration.
Important Screening Criteria
Candidates must clearly demonstrate hands-on implementation experience with Austrian and/or German localisation in their CVs.
Experience limited to generic SAP SuccessFactors implementation without country-specific Austrian or German localisation will not meet the core requirement.
