Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module, including templates, guidelines, eligibility rules, and workflows.
- Support annual compensation planning cycles, including merit, bonus, and equity processes.
- Work with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to end users.
- Validate compensation data, perform audits, and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
