# SAP FSM Technical Consultant / Developer

## Job Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Technical Consultant / Developer with strong hands-on experience in FSM technical development, integrations, and functional configuration. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across technical and functional areas of SAP FSM and should have experience developing business rules, smart forms, reports, and integrations.

Candidates with SAP ABAP + FSM experience are also encouraged to apply, particularly those who have worked on reports, Smart Forms, and FSM-related technical development.

## Key Responsibilities

### 1. FSM Technical Development – 50%

- Develop and maintain

SAP FSM technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Work extensively on
Business Rules, Smart Forms, JavaScript, Jasper Reports, and SQL.
- Develop, customize, and enhance FSM forms, reports, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Support application enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
### 2. Integration – 30%

- Design, develop, and support integrations between

SAP FSM and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Work with
SAP CPI, Proaxia, APIs, and web services for system integration.
- Develop and troubleshoot API-based integrations and data flows.
- Monitor integration processes and resolve interface-related issues.




- Collaborate with integration and functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end data flow.
### 3. Functional FSM Configuration – 20%

- Configure and support

SAP FSM functional modules and processes.
- Understand field service processes and translate business requirements into FSM configurations.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide suitable FSM solutions.
- Support configuration changes, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical discussions.
- Solid hands-on experience in
SAP FSM.
- Good knowledge of
Business Rules, Smart Forms, JavaScript, Jasper, and SQL.
- Experience with
SAP CPI, Proaxia, APIs, and integrations.
- Understanding of FSM functional configuration and field service processes.
- Candidates with
ABAP + FSM experience also works where they have hands-on exposure to reports and Smart Forms.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
